Sweet drink made from fermented rice

”Amazake" is Japanese traditional sweet drink made from rice.
It contains little alcohol,so is a kind of soft drink.
It looks like ”Sirozake", Japanese white sake.
The defference between them is that Amazake is a kind of soft drink, and Sirozake is a kind of alcohol drink which has around 9% of alcohol ingredients.
