揚げ出し豆腐/Deep-Fried Tofu with Japanese soup
「揚げ出し豆腐」はお豆腐にかりっとした衣をつけて揚げた後、だし汁をかけていただく料理です。
お酒のお供にもぴったりの美味しい1品です。
”Agedashi Tofu”is battered and crispy deep-fried Tofu cake in Japanese soup.
It is very delicious, goes well with sake.
