3.6oz yam2/5 U.S cup Japanese soup stock
1 Tsp light soy sauce
salt to taste
Japanese horseradish to taste
vinegar water

1. Peel yam, soak it in vinegar water so as to remove the harshness, grate it.2. Add light soy sauce, salt to Japanese soup stock in a bowl, mix well.
3. Add flavored Japanese soup stock to grated yam, mix gently.
4. Ladle 3. into a soup bowl, place a small amount of wasabi on the top.
