Soak the mozuku seeweed in cold water to soften, cut into bite-sized pieces.
After draining the water of the mozuku, mix it with the sweet vinegar sauce.
Sometime we put sliced cucamber in it.
The soft textures of mozuku and sourness of the vinegar stimulte our appetite.
