Negitoro

Negitoro is minced fatty tuna with green oion. 

Usually, we eat Negitoro with soy sauce.
It is used for various dishes, the ingredients on top of "Donburimono*"
, type of sushi topping, the ingredients of sushi rolls.

*Donburimono is a bowl of rice with ingredients on top.
