Saikyo-yaki

"Saikyo-yaki" is Kyoto-style grilled fish dish.
Fish slices are broiled after being pickled in saikyo-miso (Kyoto-style sweet white miso paset).

The aroma of lightly scorched miso is very fragrant.
This dish stimulates your appetite.
