厚揚げは煮物や鍋物、炒め物でよく使われます。
Atsuage is often used for simmerd meal, one pot meal, fried meal.
これはシンプルな一皿。
厚揚げをフライパンで表面がカリカリになるまで焼き、
お皿に盛り付けかつお節と醤油をかけてできあがり。
This is very simple dish.
Put atsuage in a grill, make it's surface crispy.
Place it on a plate and put "katsuobushi(shavings of dried bonito)" and soy souce on it.
