Sugar / 砂糖

日本では料理に砂糖をよく使います。
スイーツじゃないのに、こんなに砂糖を!と驚かれるかもしれません。
白砂糖、三温糖、黒砂糖、ざらめ糖 など特徴によりいくつかの種類がありますが、どの料理も白砂糖でいけます。

In Japan, we often use sugar for cooking.
It might surprise you that we use much suger not only for sweets bul also for meal!
They are some kinds of sugar such as white sugar, sanonto sugar, unrefined sugar, granulated sugar.
They have a quality all its own, but you can use white sugar for all cooking.


white sugar / 白砂糖


unrefined sugar / 黒砂糖
