Yakitori / 焼き鳥

焼き鳥も日本の居酒屋の定番メニューです。

Yakitori is also a meal which is standard menu at Japanese pub which called "Izakaya".

焼き鳥は、食べやすい大きさの鶏肉を竹串にさし、炭火で焼いたものです。

Yakitori is made from several bites-sized pieces of chicken, skewred on a bamboo stick and grilled over a charcoal fire.

上質な肉は、タレではなく塩だけで美味しいもの。
ビールがすすみます。

Grilled high-class chiken is very delisious, we do not need souce with it, only salt is very fine, and it is good for not only beer, but also sake.
