ふろふき大根 / Furofuki daikon

冬野菜の大根であたたまる一品。
Hot meal using one of the winter vegetables "Japanese radish".


●材料 / ingredients



大根
白みそ(ふつうの味噌と砂糖でもOK)
出汁
みりん
-----------------------------------------------------
2 slices giant white radish, 1 inch thick
3 Tbsps white miso
3 Tbsps Japanese soup stock
2 Tbsps sweet sake

●作り方/directions



大根を輪切りにする
Slice giant white raddish




皮をむく
Peel




ゆでる
Boil




やわらかくなったら
When it gets soft,




ザルにとる
drain well.




湯せんしたボールに、白味噌、みりん、出しをいれ、混ぜる
Place the white miso, sweet sake, Japanese soup stock in a bowl in hot water, mix them




スムーズになった
until it becomes a glossy and thick liquid.




大根
Giant white raddish




味噌ペースト
Miso sauce




ごま、かつお節、完成
Sesame, dried bonito shavings


※If miso sauce gets hard after leaving for a while, warm it up to soft it.
