雑煮/soup with rice cakes

一年の無事を祈り、お正月に食べる餅が入った汁物です。
地方により餅の形、お汁や具材が異なり、お雑煮の形態は様々です。
京都では具材は餅のみで白みそを使ったお汁が主流ですが、
地方により具材に人参や大根、里芋、ごぼう、三つ葉などが使われ
醤油を加えただし汁で食べられます。

”Zoni" is a soup dish which contains rice cakes. People eat it wishing to be happy all year around.
”Zoni" is cooked in various ways according to regional custom.
For example, in Kyoto-prefecture, there is a custom to eat "Zoni" which contains rice cakes only.
And the soup is white miso flavor.

Ingredients (carrot, radish, burdock, trefoil) and soup (miso soup, white miso soup, clear soup ) vary according to each area
