たこ焼き/TAKOYAKI(octopus dumplings)

たこ焼きは屋台などでもとても人気がある軽食です。
写真のような直径3-5cmの焼き型で焼き上げる。
作り方は簡単で、だし汁で小麦粉をといて、焼き型に 流し入れ、中にたこ等の具材をいれて、
一つ一つ裏返しながら焼いていく。
仕上げにウスターソースをかけ、青のりや、鰹節を ふりかける。

"Takoyaki" is grilled octopus-filled balls (3-5cm across diameter) made of pancake batter, very popular light meal in Japan.
We enjoy it at the stands at the festival.

It is very simple to make it.
First dissolve flour in dashi soup,and pour it into the iron plate above.
Next put octopus cut into small size in it and bake it while turning it one by one.
Finally spread sauce over the takoyaki and strew it with dried powdered seaweed and sliced dried bonito.
