2枚貝のうしお汁 / Clam clear soup

だし汁をベースにしたあっさりとした2枚貝（あさりやはまぐり）のスープ。
味付けのしょうゆはちょっとだけしかいれないが 貝の旨みがだし汁に合う上品な口当たりのスープである。
