キヌサヤのお浸し / Boiled silk sheath dipped in sauce

キヌサヤの旬は春。
塩ゆでだけでも美味しいけれど、お浸しにすると「一手間かかっているお料理」に大変身。
Spring is the best time for silk sheath.
Just boil the silk sheath is enogh good.
But boile it and dip in sauce makes it gorgeous.

*材料

キヌサヤ 10~15枚
だし 100CC
しょうゆ 大さじ1(うすくち醤油がベター)
塩 適量

*ingredients

snow pea - 10-15
japanese soup stock - 100cc
soy souce - T1(Light soy sauce is better)

*作り方 *directions

1.出汁をとりあたたかいうちに醤油、塩を入れる
1.Make Japanese soup stock.
Before it gets cold, add soy souce, salt in it.

2.キヌサヤは両サイドのスジをとる
2.Remove string from a pod of a snow pea.






3.2のキヌサヤをゆでる
3.Blanch the snow pea.




4.ザルに取り、冷ました出汁に入れる
4.After drain and dry the snow pea,add them in the cold Japanese soup stock(1).






5.一時間ほど冷蔵庫に入れ、味をしみこます
5.Leave it for an hour in a refrigerator as the taste will soak in.




6.完成
