春野菜の焼きびたし / grilled greens with Japanese broth

●材料 / ingredients



春野菜 半束
だし 200cc
酒 大さじ1
塩 適量 薄口醤油 小さじ2
白すりごま 適量
-----
half bunch of greens
200cc Japanese broth
1 Tbsps sake
salt, to taste
2 tsps light soy sauce
ground white sesame, to taste


●作り方 / directions


1.春野菜は水洗いをし水気を切っておく。野菜の端を落とす
Wash the greens, drain them.
Cut the edge of the greens.



2.だしと醤油と塩をボールに合わせておく
Put Japanese broth, light soy sauce, salt in the cooking bowl, mix them.







3.焼き網を用意し中火で温め 春野菜に焼き目をつける
  Grill the greens.



4.焼いた野菜を合わせだしにつけて 
Put grilled greens into the fravored Japanese broth in the bowl.



5.冷ましておく
Leave it for a few minutes.



6.焼いた野菜を出しからあげ器にもりつけすりごまをかける
Sprincle ground white sesame as you like.



*ポイント 
野菜を焼くことで野菜の旨味を閉じ込め 歯ざわりをのこせます 冷める際に味が染みます
Grill greens keeps its taste in it, and you can enjoy its texture.
When the greens gets cool, it soaks Japanese broth well.
